Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Healio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install Healio on your personal device
• Use Healio for your personal, non-commercial use
• Access and use the features and services provided by Healio

This license does not include any right to:

• Resell or commercially use Healio or its content
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through Healio ("User Content"). By using Healio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Healio:

• To transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Healio immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
